Fitness
Fitnessholdet er et hold for dig som gerne vil i svømmeform og træne efter program. Holdet henvender sig primært til dig der har svømmet på hold I eller hold 2 og som gerne vil videre med svømmetræningen og træne mere struktureret sammen med et hold med program.
Du kan også have svømmet tidligere eller været konkurrencesvømmere og været væk frasvømningen i flere år og nu gerne vil begynde at træne igen. Holdet ligger niveau, fart og belastningsmæssigt mellem Hold 1 og Mastersholdet.
Man skal minimum kunne svømme crawl med en starttid på ca. 1.40 pr. 100 meter på 50 m. langbane. Man skal kunne svømme alle stilarter.
Fitness træner tirsdag og torsdag kl. 21.00 - 22.00.

The Fitness team is a new initiative; it is a team for persons which are interested in following a specifically designed trainingsprogram for each workout. The team is primarily intended for swimmers which have previously been swimming on either Team 1 or 2 teams and also for students who are looking to improve their skills, endurance and speed. The training is more structured than on Team 1 and at each session a carefully planned program is followed by the entire team simultaneously.
The team is, moreover, a suitable starting-point for people that previously have been swimming on a competitive level, but have had a break for several years and are intereted in training again. The level of the team is situated inbetween the level of Team 1 and the Masters Team. The team workout together to improve your fitness by training in a structured way with a dedicated instrutcor.
To be eligible for the team it is expected that one is able to swim freestyle intervals with a start time of approximately 1.40 min per 100 m in a 50 m long-course pool. You need to be able to swim all strokes.
Fitness practices tuesday and thursday 21.00 - 22.00.
